Shrimp puree soup
Description
The soup is simple and quick to prepare. If you make this soup in your kitchen, it will be just as good as in any restaurant. It's quite filling. Optionally, you can serve it with croutons made from white bread. To serve, ladle into bowls and enjoy.
Instructions

Step 1

Peel and devein large raw shrimp, removing shells and heads. Then wash and place them in a bowl. Add salt, white pepper, and lime juice. Let the shrimp marinate for about 20 minutes.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes and carrots. Wash, chop coarsely, and place in a saucepan. Pour water over the vegetables, put the saucepan on the stove, and cook the vegetables until done.

Step 3

Remove the processed cheese from the packaging and cut it into large strips.

Step 4

When the vegetables in the pot are ready, add the cream and processed cheese. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
- 5
Step 5

Pour olive oil into a frying pan. Place the pan on the stove and heat the oil. Add the marinated shrimp and fry on all sides.

Step 6

Remove the pot from the heat and, using a blender, puree the soup to a creamy consistency, seasoning it with salt and pepper beforehand.

Step 7

Grate the Parmesan on a fine grater. Chop the blue cheese with a knife into small cubes.

Step 8

Pour the pureed soup into bowls, top with shrimp and two types of cheese. Serve the soup with white baguette.
