Description

The recipe won't take much time. I don't know if you like creamy soups, but I absolutely adore them. Despite the common opinion that they look like baby food or dull mush, that's not the case at all. On the contrary, such soups are the easiest to decorate. Just look how beautiful this cod soup looks! And the taste is simply indescribable. Rich, vibrant, and delicious. Ladle into bowls and serve.

    1. Rinse the fish and clean it. Place it in a pot and simmer with bay leaf, peeled onion, and carrot until broth is obtained.

    2. Now remove the onion, fish, and carrot from the broth. The carrot and fish can be returned to the soup later, but we no longer need the onion. Add the peeled and diced potatoes and carrot to the broth. Cook for 10 minutes, then add spices and salt.

    3. Now transfer all the contents of the pot to a blender and blend until smooth together with the cream, butter, and flour. Return to the pot, add the tomato pieces, minced garlic, and, optionally, chopped fish.
