
Pork and onion salad

1. For this salad, we will need lean pork. You can use pork tenderloin or a pork chop. Boil the meat, let it cool, then cut it into thin strips.

2. The straw should not be too fine or too coarse.

3. Add spices to the vinegar to taste, along with salt and sugar. This will be our marinade for the onion.

4. Chop the onion and parsley, add the marinade and let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes.

5. Drain the marinade, then mix the meat with the marinated onions and herbs, and let it sit for another half hour. The longer the finished salad sits in the refrigerator, the tastier and more flavorful it will become.
