Description
A simple dish to prepare. 1. Start by boiling the eggs in salted water so they peel easily. 2. Meanwhile, cut the pineapple into small cubes and arrange them on a serving plate. To make the "Little Mice" salad look even more original at home, arrange the ingredients in a circular shape with a small gap, resembling a cake with a slice removed. 3. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. 4. Peel and press the garlic. 5. Mix the cheese with garlic, add mayonnaise to taste, stir thoroughly, and spread this mixture over the pineapple. 6. Peel the boiled eggs. 7. Separate the whites from the yolks in 3 eggs and grate them separately. 8. Spread the grated egg whites over the cheese layer and lightly coat with mayonnaise. 9. Sprinkle the yolks on top. Moisten your hands slightly and press the yolks down firmly. 10. This simple "Little Mice" salad recipe isn't complete without decoration. Trim the peeled eggs slightly on one side so they stand upright. Use peppercorns for the eyes and nose. Ears can be made from slices of cheese, sausage, or olives. Place the little mice on top of the salad and serve. Serve chilled.
