Salad
Description
Minimum effort — excellent result. Seaweed is low in fat, making it dietary and low-calorie. It pairs well with other vegetables, certain fruits, and meat. I recommend serving the salad immediately, or if you plan to prepare it ahead, store it in the refrigerator for no more than 1 day. Can be served right away.
Instructions

Step 1

1. I have dried seaweed, so I pour cold water over it and leave it for 10 minutes.

Step 2

2. After the required time, I transfer the cabbage to a colander to drain excess water, then squeeze out the remaining water by hand. I cut the seaweed into small pieces.

Step 3

3. For the dressing: pour sesame oil, soy sauce, and vinegar into a bowl; add minced garlic, ginger, and granulated sugar. Mix until the sugar crystals dissolve.

4. I use winter apple varieties, wash them thoroughly, cut them in half, remove the seeds, and chop the apples into small pieces.

Step 5

5. Into a bowl with the dressing, add apples, chopped cilantro, chopped green onions, and seaweed. Mix well and add sesame seeds.
