
Salad with crab sticks
Description
Perfect for everyday meals. The "Red Sea" salad will look great not only on weekdays but also on a festive table! Serve it chilled, adding mayonnaise just before serving. You can add some chopped fresh herbs and ground dried garlic instead of fresh. Garnish as desired and serve.

Prepare the listed ingredients. If you bought frozen crab sticks, defrost them beforehand. Wash the vegetables in water and dry them with paper towels.

Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds. Slice the flesh into strips, cut into cubes, and place in a salad bowl.

Cut out the green cores from the tomatoes and slice them into small pieces or cubes. Add to the container with the peppers.

Peel the crab sticks from their wrapper and cut into small pieces. Add to the other ingredients in the salad bowl.
