The recipe won't take much time. You can use either white or purple cabbage in this corn cabbage salad recipe—it depends on your taste preferences. You can also add other vegetables as extras, but this salad will be delicious even without them. 1. Pour a little vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. 2. Peel the garlic, crush it, and place it into the hot oil. Fry for a couple of minutes. 3. Cut the kernels off the cobs and add them to the pan. Fry together with the garlic for about a minute. 4. Then carefully remove the garlic from the pan to prevent burning. Continue frying the corn for another 5–6 minutes. 5. At the end, add a pinch of salt and pepper to the pan. 6. Remove from heat and let it cool. 7. Meanwhile, shred the cabbage and place it into a salad bowl. 8. Add the fried corn. 9. Wash and chop fresh herbs, then add them to the bowl. 10.
