Pork Shashlik Salad

A simple dish to prepare. Just 20 minutes and the salad for pork shashlik is ready at home! Fresh vegetables go perfectly with meat, so this salad will be an excellent choice as an appetizer or even a side dish for meat. Serve chilled.

1. A salad that is prepared very quickly is a salad to go with homemade pork shashlik. First, slice the tomatoes. Choose the size and shape of the vegetables to your preference. I personally prefer the vegetables in this salad to be cut into larger pieces.

2. Next, chop the cucumber. If necessary, you can peel the cucumber.

3. Cut the bell pepper lengthwise. Finely chop the garlic (do not use a garlic press!).

4. Parsley and dill greens are finely chopped, unlike the vegetables.

5. Slice the onion into half-rings. Mix all the ingredients, add salt, and dress with vegetable oil.
