Гаряча закуска з баклажанів і помідорів під сиром
Опис
Смачна закуска для будь-якої компанії. Баклажани наріжте кружечками та обсмажте на сковороді. Натріть на тертці сир, наріжте помідори. Викладіть на баклажани сир і помідори. Запікайте пару хвилин у мікрохвильовці. Подавайте з зеленню та соусом.

Підготуйте інгредієнти.

Помийте та обсушіть за допомогою паперових рушників баклажани. Їх необхідно нарізати кружечками (товщина кожного — близько 1 см). Добре посоліть і залиште баклажани постояти: це потрібно для того, щоб готова закуска не гірчила. Як побачите на кружечках баклажанів виділився сік, добре промийте їх звичайною водою.

Потім баклажани знову трохи посоліть і обсмажте з обох боків до золотої скоринки на сковорідці.

Готові баклажани викладіть на тарілочку. За бажанням можна на овочі вичавити через прес часник.
