Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. This bitter tincture is something you can proudly serve at any table and offer to guests. The herb has a pronounced bitter taste, so it's not advisable to use too much of it. Moreover, it contains a substance called coumarin, which in large amounts can cause poisoning or an allergic reaction. Therefore, consume it in moderation.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making "Zubrovka".

Put sugar into the water and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool.

Into a container with vodka, pour the cooled sugar syrup and add dried bison grass.

Seal the container with vodka and herbs tightly, and store it in a dark place for 2 weeks.
