Description

Delicious zrazy can be served with any side dish of vegetables, grains, pasta, etc. They are tasty both hot and cold. Moreover, you can bread the zrazy and freeze them as semi-finished products, frying them later when you're short on time.

    Mix the chicken egg into the minced meat, grate a quarter of a peeled onion on a fine grater, add salt, chicken seasoning, and ground black pepper. Optionally, you can add other spices and seasonings.

    If your cheese is not grated, shred it using a grater with small holes. Form a small patty from the minced meat, place 1/2 tsp of the grated cheese in the center, and add a little green peas on top. You can use canned peas.
