Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is a simple recipe for fisherman-style zrazy. You will need fillet of river or sea fish. Crab sticks will serve as the filling. Serve zrazy hot with fresh vegetables and sauce or sour cream. Good luck. Serve hot.

Soak the bread (without crust) in milk beforehand. Pass the fish fillet, onion, bread, and bacon through a meat grinder. Season with spices and mix thoroughly.

We make patties from the minced meat and place half a crab stick in the center.

Form the patties and coat them in breadcrumbs.

Sear until golden brown in vegetable oil.

Bake the cutlets in an oven preheated to 180 degrees until done. Approximately 15 minutes.
