Meat rolls with carrots
Description
The dish is quite affordable and budget-friendly, yet turns out delicious and very tasty! You can use any ground meat you have on hand; I'm using a pork and beef mix, but turkey or chicken meat works as well. These zrazy are quick and easy to prepare—hope you'll enjoy them! Serve with any side dish or sauce you like.

Prepare all the ingredients.

Grate the carrot on a fine grater.

Sauté in vegetable oil until soft, add paprika, salt to taste, mix and let cool.

Place the ground meat into a deep bowl.

Add the chopped onion, starch, a tablespoon of breadcrumbs, and salt to taste.

Mix thoroughly.

Divide the minced meat into 8 portions. On a piece of plastic wrap (I used a roasting bag), shape a flat patty and place about a teaspoon of carrot filling in the center.

Using plastic wrap, fold the zrazy in half, seal the edges, and shape as desired.

Roll the ready-made zrazy in breadcrumbs.

Sear on both sides until a golden crust forms.
