The finer the cabbage is cut, the tastier the zrazy will be. 2. Pour milk into a saucepan, bring to a boil, and add the cabbage. If you don't have milk, you can boil the cabbage in plain water. 3. Season the cooked cabbage with a small amount of butter and mix thoroughly. 4. Break the bread roll into pieces, pour water or milk over it, and let it soak for a while. 5. Boil 2 eggs, then finely chop or grate them. 6. Add the soaked bread and both boiled and raw eggs to the cabbage mixture. 7. Season the mixture well with salt and pepper. 8. Shape into zrazy and place them in a frying pan with well-heated butter. If the mixture is too runny, add a little flour. Optionally, coat the zrazy in breadcrumbs for an extra crispy crust. Cabbage zrazy can also be made at home with added rice or cheese, for example. Serve hot.
