
Pike-perch rolls
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Zrazy are oblong-shaped cutlets with filling inside. They can be made from meat, fish, or potatoes. Pike-perch zrazy are exceptionally delicious and filling. The dish is very simple to prepare. For convenience, it's better to use pike-perch fillet rather than a whole fish. Serve hot.

Prepare the ingredients for making fish zrazy.

Wash the pike-perch fillet. Peel and wash the onion. Pass these ingredients through a meat grinder.

Add semolina.

Salt and pepper the minced meat.

Mix all the fish mince ingredients well.

Boil the eggs hard, cool and peel them. Grate the eggs and hard cheese on a grater. Finely chop the green onion.

Place a portion of fish mince in the shape of a patty onto a plate. Add the filling of egg, green onion, and cheese to the center.

Shape the oblong cutlets, coat them in breadcrumbs, and place them on a hot skillet with sunflower oil.
