Meat patty rolls with egg filling
Description
The recipe won't take much time. In addition to the egg, I recommend adding fresh herbs to the filling to taste, as well as a little mayonnaise for juiciness. The cutlets aren't breaded, but if desired, after frying, you can finish cooking them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 6–8 minutes. Serve the dish hot with your favorite side dish, vegetables, or sauce.
