Meat rolls with mushrooms

I'm sure you'll really enjoy this simple recipe for minced meat zrazy with mushrooms! The dish is very easy to prepare and doesn't require much effort at all. Yet the finished zrazy are so delicious they literally melt in your mouth! Fluffy, golden-brown, and aromatic—how could anyone resist such a dinner? Highly recommended!

1. Sauté the onion together with the mushrooms in vegetable oil. If you want to speed things up, fry the minced meat together with the mushrooms at this stage as well. Let the filling cool down.

2. Boil the potatoes and make mashed potatoes as usual. Let it cool slightly, then add 2 eggs. Beat the remaining egg with salt until smooth and set aside.

3. Now, with wet hands, form patties from the puree, place a little filling and mushrooms in the center. Pinch the edges together and shape into a patty.

4. Dip each patty into the beaten egg, then coat in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil as usual on both sides.
