Umbrellas with sour cream

Perfect for the table and with drinks. During mushroom season, all I can think about is fried parasol mushrooms with sour cream. I cook the mushrooms, boil the potatoes, and pull out a jar of pickled cucumbers. Wow, how delicious! The parasol mushrooms I usually get are huge (you could definitely hide under their caps). I cut off the stems and fry the caps. You can choose full-fat or low-fat sour cream to your taste. Or you can replace it with cream altogether. So, the appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.
