Description
A homemade winter preserve. I put parasol mushrooms away for winter. For canning, it’s best to use young, worm-free mushrooms. In winter, parasol mushrooms can go into pies and pasties, be seasoned with sour cream and onion, or served with potatoes. Serve at the table or keep them in the pantry.
