Golden milk from turmeric
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The drink is served warm: neither hot nor cold. If you're preparing it for children, don't forget to mix in a little floral honey into the milk—the child will gladly drink it. The main thing is to use sweet spice, not bitter. Can be served.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Buy turmeric that tastes sweet, not bitter. Don't hesitate to taste this spice when purchasing!
- 2
Step 2

Boil some water in a kettle. Pour turmeric and ground black pepper into a bowl or ramekin, and mix.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in hot water and steep the contents of the container, stirring. You should get a turmeric paste. In this form, it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 1 week.
- 4
Step 4

Pour milk of any fat content and type into a saucepan. Place the pan on the stove and bring the contents to a boil. Don't forget to turn off the heat in time, so that the milk foam doesn't overflow the edges of the pan!
- 5
Step 5

Pour the hot milk into a cup or glass.
- 6
Step 6

Spoon the turmeric paste into the drink, add olive oil, and mix thoroughly. Instead of olive oil, you can use ghee.
- 7
Step 7

Serve turmeric golden milk warm.
