Description
My favorite cake—actually, it's an "ant hill," but if you shape it like a hill and decorate it accordingly, it can turn into a Winter Hill or a Christmas Tree.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Mix half of the flour with baking powder in a separate bowl. Melt the butter. In a large bowl, combine butter, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla.
- 2
Step 2

Gradually add the flour, first the one mixed with the baking powder, then the remaining flour. Knead the dough.
- 3
Step 3

Gather the dough into a ball and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- 4
Step 4

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and pass it through a meat grinder or grate on a grater. I simply crumble it with my hands onto a baking sheet.
- 5
Step 5

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
- 6
Step 6

When the dough has cooled, crumble it by hand.
- 7
Step 7

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Beat the softened butter with a mixer, gradually adding the condensed milk. Whisk until smooth.
- 8
Step 8

Add raisins and nuts (whatever you prefer to taste) to the crumbled dough. Add the cream and mix everything well. Shape the mixture into a mound and place it on a serving dish. Decorate.
- 9
Step 9

Put in the refrigerator overnight. Eat at the party!
