Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can add seeds and nuts to your taste and create your own version of this bread. Delicious and healthy. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Soak buckwheat groats in cold water overnight. In the morning, drain off the excess water.
- 2
Step 2

Mix the buckwheat with oat flakes, seeds, and nuts. Add salt and honey.
- 3
Step 3

One by one, fold the eggs into the grain mixture with a spatula.
- 4
Step 4

Place the mixture into the prepared pan and press it down firmly. This bread does not rise, so you can fill the pan to the top. Cover the pan with foil.
- 5
Step 5

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about an hour. Then check the bread by pressing it with your finger—if it's springy, reduce the temperature to 140 degrees and remove the foil. Continue baking until the top crust turns golden brown.

Step 6

Cool the bread completely before slicing. For thin slices, use a sharp serrated knife. Delicious served with cottage cheese and fruits.
