Homemade grainy mustard
Description
Minimal ingredients — excellent result. Homemade grainy mustard can be used as a salad dressing or as a layer in sandwiches. Honey can be omitted—it's a matter of taste. The key to this recipe is finding yellow and brown mustard seeds at the store. You can also prepare mustard differently: take 2/3 cup of yellow mustard seeds and pour over them 1/2 cup of vinegar and 2/3 cup of water. Mix and let soak for three days. Blend in a blender. Good luck! The finished sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.
