Description

The recipe won't take much time. Strawberry mousse is one of my favorite desserts made from this berry. The strawberry mousse turns out not too sweet, not cloying—I prefer mousse just like that. You can eat it as is, spread it on something, or add it to porridge—really, the possibilities are limited only by your imagination. Like most others, strawberry mousse is very quick and easy to prepare. Serve chilled.

    So, to prepare strawberry mousse, we only need three ingredients—strawberries, sugar, and a little bit of semolina.

    Strawberries need to be thoroughly washed, cleaned of leaves, then poured with a glass of water and boiled for about 5 minutes.

    Now add the sugar, stir, and cook for another 5 minutes—until the sugar has completely dissolved.

    Using a blender, beat the mixture in the same saucepan until smooth. Then add semolina to the mixture and cook for another 4-5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat—and it's ready.
