Dirt with Worms (dessert)
Description
This is probably the most original Halloween dessert recipe you can imagine! Edible worms with dirt are a hallmark of this holiday, so I'll show you how to make them. You'll need colorful gelatin, chocolate pudding, and crushed cookies. Believe me, your guests will remember this dessert for a long time, and children will especially love it.

1. First, prepare the multicolored jelly as directed on the packages (as colorants, you can use juices or tarragon soda).

2. Then crush the cookies into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or blender.

3. Prepare the pudding: mix part of the milk with the yolk, cocoa, and starch, adding a little sugar. Mix thoroughly with a mixer.

4. Next, place the remaining milk in a saucepan over heat and melt the butter in it. Add the chocolate-milk mixture and cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.

5. In a glass, place a layer of crushed cookies, then a layer of pudding, and so on. Take drinking straws and insert them into the cups with jelly. Let it set, then gently squeeze the worms out of the straws onto the surface of the dessert.
