Description
A delicious appetizer for any gathering. You may know that one of the dish's key ingredients is tomato sauce, but it isn't used here. Yes, that can happen, since we'll replace it with something else. So, I've prepared this for you. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Place all ingredients in the blender, rinsing them first, except the eggs, butter, and cream, and squeeze the juice from the lime.

Puree the ingredients until smooth. Heat the oil in a deep skillet. Add the green mixture. After a minute, add the cream. Stir everything together. Make 4 small wells in the mixture.

Then crack one egg into each hole, being careful not to break the yolk. After 4 minutes of cooking, the shakshuka is ready!
