
Green sauce
Description
The sauce takes just a few minutes to prepare. Green sauce goes well with many dishes—appetizers, salads, pizza, vegetables, etc. You can make it in advance and freeze it in small containers for winter; it keeps well and doesn't lose its flavor after thawing. The sauce is ready. Store in the refrigerator and serve with dishes.

Prepare all the ingredients. You can use fresh or dried hot pepper.

Wash the herbs under running water and dry with paper towels. Trim off the stems and roughly chop the leaves with a knife.

Transfer all the herbs to any convenient container, add the minced garlic, and break or cut the hot pepper.

Add salt and pepper to taste, pour in olive oil and white wine vinegar.

Blend the contents of the bowl with an immersion blender until smooth. You can adjust the sauce thickness with oil. Taste and adjust salt if needed.
