Description

Homemade sauce is easy and quick to prepare. The green creamy sauce turns out very delicate, giving dishes a subtle and mild flavor. I've tried serving this sauce with various dishes and can definitely say that the green creamy sauce pairs best with fish dishes, especially those made with salmon. By the way, as you can see from the recipe, the sauce gets its green color from green peppers. If you use red or orange peppers, the sauce will naturally change color :) Good luck!     Take a small saucepan, melt the butter in it. Add the pepper, seeded, membrane removed, and cut into cubes, to the saucepan.

    Cook over low heat for about 5-7 minutes. Then the pepper should soften slightly, and we'll add minced garlic to it.
