
Green Roll on Egg Whites
Description
The recipe won't take much time. It's a great way to use up leftover egg whites from baking! Choose your favorite herbs and cheese, and make a light, fragrant dish. You can use any vegetables you like for the filling as well.

Place the herbs in the food processor bowl, add 50 ml water, and blend until smooth.

Add the egg whites and beat with the greens. Add the flour and butter, season with salt and pepper to taste. Process the mixture until smooth.

Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for 5 minutes. The dough should only set and become springy.

Remove the finished sheet from the parchment. Roll into a roll and let cool.

Finely chop the carrots and bell pepper. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Let the vegetables cool slightly, then mix them with mashed brinza and cream cheese, add green onions, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Unroll the roll and spread filling over 2/3 of it.
