Description
I always recommend green smoothies to people who are on a diet, watching their figure, or simply following a healthy lifestyle. Green smoothies are a source of vitamins and beneficial nutrients. Plus, they are very tasty. When making a green smoothie with dates, I recommend avoiding adding sugar, as dates are naturally sweet. If you'd like to make the smoothie richer and more filling, add some protein powder. Serve chilled.

Prepare the ingredients.

Place the banana, washed spinach, and dates (be sure to wash them and remove the pits) into the blender. Add flaxseeds as well. Then add all the remaining ingredients.
