
Green tea with ginseng
Description
The tea has a pronounced bitter taste and is served warm, with sweet dried fruits. It should be noted that this is not an everyday drink, as ginseng root has medicinal properties, so consumption of this tea should be monitored.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Thoroughly wash the ginseng root and remove any dirty spots. Place it in a pot and pour in water. Simmer over low heat for 2 hours.

After the time has elapsed, remove the broth from the heat.

Remove the ginseng and separate it into fibers or cut into pieces. Peel the ginger root and slice it into random pieces. Add everything to the broth. Simmer over low heat for another 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, brew green tea: put green tea leaves into the teapot, pour hot water over them, after 3 minutes drain the water and pour fresh hot water again. Let it steep.
