Green tea with jasmine
Description
The drink is prepared quickly and easily. Unlike black tea, green tea can be brewed several times, depending on the variety. Green tea should not be steeped for too long. If you leave it in the teapot too long, it will become bitter, as too many tannins will be extracted from the leaves. The drink is ready to serve.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

To prepare aromatic tea, you will need mineral, spring, or purified water. Bring the water to a boil.
- 2
Step 2

Scald the teapot with boiling water. Place jasmine flowers and tea leaves at the bottom.
- 3
Step 3

Pour the tea with slightly cooled boiling water. The brewing temperature for green tea should be about 80 degrees. Water that is too hot destroys the tea's beneficial components, spoils its taste and aroma, and also reduces its health benefits.

Step 4

Steep the tea for 5–7 minutes. Green tea can be brewed 3–4 times (depending on the variety). Strain the tea and pour it into cups.
