
Green tea with thyme

1. The teapot should be scalded with boiling water. Then, using fingers to crush the large leaves, add to the teapot kiprey (Ivan-tea), thyme, and green tea. Add ginger slices as well.

2. Now pour boiling water over it and wait until a kind of "cap" forms on the surface from the crushed herbs, as shown in the photo. Now cover with a lid and let the teapot sit for another 15 minutes.

3. And now, finally, pour the tea into cups, add honey, lemon, and ginger to each serving to taste, and serve!
