Description

The recipe won't take much time. I added 20 grams of matcha to the ice cream mixture, and the finished ice cream had a bright, pronounced tea flavor, as well as a rich green color. Add the matcha, dissolved in warm milk, to the ice cream base in portions and taste as you go to adjust the final flavor to your preference. Serve chilled.

    Slightly warm the milk in a saucepan—up to about 37–40 degrees. Then pour the warm milk into a convenient bowl and add matcha powder.

    In a separate bowl, pour well-chilled heavy cream. Beat the cream with a mixer until soft peaks form and the texture becomes creamy.
