Green adjika with walnuts

Description
Perfectly complements meat, poultry, and side dishes. You can use any herbs in this adjika, not necessarily cilantro: parsley or basil work great too. And if you add grated Parmesan while preparing it, you'll get pesto sauce. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

1. Lightly toast the nuts and place them in the blender container.

2. Chop slightly.

3. Wash the herbs, peel the garlic, remove the stems from the peppers and, if desired, the seeds.

4. Coarsely chop all ingredients and place them in the blender container.

6. Add the nuts and blend again with the blender.

7. Salt, add half of the butter, and blend again.
