Zephyr Cream

Description

Zephyr cream is quite unusual but very delicious. It can be quickly prepared, which is especially useful if you need to add cream to a biscuit in a hurry. Zephyr cream goes perfectly with cupcakes, pancakes, crepes, cakes, and toast. You can optionally add a bit of vanilla flavoring to the cream. Be sure to use high-quality meringue to make the cream tasty and airy.
