
Sour cream marshmallow
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Smetana meringue is very easy to make at home. It's best to use a lower-fat dairy product so the mixture holds its shape firmly when sliced. Coat the cut meringue pieces with powdered sugar on all sides. The ready dessert can now be served.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use sour cream of any fat content.

Dissolve the gelatin in hot water. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir thoroughly until all the granules are dissolved.

Place the sour cream in a deep container, add the sugar, and pour in the gelatin liquid. Do not reduce the amount of sugar, as the gelatin absorbs some of the sweetness!

Line a flat square container with plastic wrap and pour the sour cream mixture into it. Place it in the cold or put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set. The jelly should set very firmly!

Carefully remove the jelly from the container using plastic wrap.

Dust the board with powdered sugar, turn the jelly onto the sugar, and remove the film. Then sprinkle the top with powdered sugar.
