
Healthy breakfast
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Granola is an oat-based dish that has recently become a very trendy healthy breakfast, and not without reason. A sweet, filling dish rich in vitamins and trace elements. It provides an energy boost for the whole day—well, until lunch at least. So, serve with herbs and sauce.

Cut all nuts and dried fruits into small pieces as desired.

In a large bowl, mix the nuts, shredded coconut, hulled seeds, and oats.

Combine honey, brown and vanilla sugar, butter, and water in a saucepan and place over heat.

Bring the syrup to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture thickens.

Pour the syrup into the oat and nut mixture and mix well so that everything is soaked with the syrup.

Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, spread the entire mixture on top, and level it evenly.

Place in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Open the oven, mix everything, and leave for another 10 minutes.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven, add the chopped dried fruit, and transfer to a container. Granola can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
