Rabbit in sour cream sauce
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can stew the hare in a pot, oven, or multicooker. Serve the hot dish with a side of boiled rice, potatoes, or vegetables. The meat tastes slightly different from the chicken we're used to, with a more noticeable texture of fibers. Be sure to serve it with the resulting sauce. The dish is ready to be served.
