Roast hare, Berlin-style
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. I don't know why it's specifically called "Berlin-style hare," but it turns out very tasty. To prepare the dish, you'll need a hare carcass (if unavailable, you can use rabbit instead), salt and pepper for seasoning, parsley and dill, and optionally other ingredients to your taste (but no mayonnaise). Cook in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Alternatively, you can fry it in a pan with a lid. First, sear on both sides over high heat, then cover with a lid and continue cooking until the meat separates easily from the bone. Serve the hot dish with vegetables. The finished dish is ready to be served.
