Description
It works for both holidays and everyday meals. The omelette is a traditional breakfast for every family, but during holidays you want to treat your loved ones to an original presentation of a dish everyone knows well. So I'll tell you — serve with herbs and sauce.

1. For the first omelet variation, separate the egg whites from the yolks and add one tablespoon each of herbs and onion to them. Add milk to the yolks, season with salt and pepper, and mix thoroughly.

2. Grease a well-heated skillet with oil and make a Japanese omelet by pouring the egg mixture in a thin layer, rolling it into a log, and gradually adding more egg mixture.

3. Transfer the finished omelet to a board and let it cool for 10 minutes. Slice and serve. For the second omelet variation, add one tablespoon each of herbs and onion to the eggs lightly beaten with a whisk.

4. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Grease a heated pan with vegetable oil and make a similar Japanese-style omelet, sprinkling each layer with grated cheese.
