Puff pastry swirls
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can make puff pastry swirls either sweet or savory. I chose the latter, so for the filling of my puff pastry swirls I used cottage cheese, dill, and garlic with mayonnaise. But you can freely use jam or nuts as filling, or simply sprinkle the dough with sugar and cinnamon. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.
Instructions

Step 1

First, thaw the dough, then unfold the sheet. You can slightly roll it out if the sheet is too thick.

Step 2

Prepare the filling: chop the dill and garlic. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork and mix it with the herbs. Add mayonnaise and spices to taste. The mixture should be thick, not runny. If using cheese instead of cottage cheese, grate it finely. Spread the filling evenly over the dough. I also cut the layer into two pieces.

Step 3

Carefully roll the dough into a log and cut into 2 cm slices. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
