
Choux Pastries with Whipped Cream

Prepare the necessary ingredients. Place the cream to cool.

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt, sugar, and butter. Place it on the heat.

As soon as the butter melts, without removing it from the heat, add the flour.

Stir vigorously to avoid lumps. Make sure the mixture doesn't burn. A slight crust at the bottom of the sauté pan is permissible. As soon as a uniform mixture forms, remove from heat and let the dough cool slightly.

Add the eggs one at a time to the slightly cooled dough. Each time, mix until homogeneous. The quality of the pastries later depends on this.

The dough is ready. Take a pastry bag with a decorative tip or a tablespoon.

Prepare a baking sheet, line it with parchment paper, and place dough of any shape on it, spaced apart. I found it convenient to shape them into small balls. Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake for 30 minutes.
