Cream puffs
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. Here is a simple recipe for preparing choux pastry eclairs. You'll need just a few basic ingredients: water, margarine, salt, wheat flour, and eggs. The eclair dough is quite versatile—you can use either sweet or savory fillings. Once the eclairs are baked and cooled, make holes in them for the cream or filling. Good luck! The baking is ready. Serve at the table.
