Boiled yeast buns

120 min4 serv.21 февр. 2026 г.

Description

Homemade baked goods for tea. When preparing the boiled yeast dough, be sure that the boiled mixture has cooled to a warm temperature so that the yeast are not killed when incorporated into the dough. At the bun-forming stage you can insert any filling, first shaping small flat discs, then sealing the dough edges to achieve a spherical shape of the products. Serve warm or cooled. Perfect with tea.
