Cream pancakes made with milk
Description
The baking is simple and quick. The recipe is almost the same as for regular milk pancakes, except that boiling water is added at the end. The batter turns out smooth and silky. Fry them like regular pancakes on a skillet. Good luck!
Instructions

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients for the pancakes. Measure out a cup of water and put the kettle on to boil.
- 2
Step 2

Whisk together the eggs with milk, salt, sugar, and vanilla.

Step 3

Add the flour, pour in the vegetable oil. Mix everything with a whisk until the dough becomes smooth and uniform.
- 4
Step 4

The dough is ready for scalding. Make sure there are no lumps of flour.
- 5
Step 5

Pour a glass of boiling water into the dough and quickly mix it with a whisk. Let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
