Cocoa custard cream

   Beat the sour cream with regular and vanilla sugar. Then place the mixture over a water bath.

   Now add the flour and egg, continue cooking while stirring. As soon as the mixture begins to thicken, add the cocoa.

   Stirring constantly, keep the mixture over a water bath until it reaches the desired consistency. Then remove from heat. The cream can be used immediately once it has cooled.
