Simple custard cream
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Making this cream is utterly simple. But remember: never bring the cream to a boil at any stage! If you find pieces of egg white in the cream after cooking, strain it through a sieve. The finished dessert can be served immediately.
