Choux pastry with vegetable oil
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can prepare choux pastry not only with butter or margarine, but also with vegetable oil. As a result, the dough turns out elastic and easy to shape. From this choux pastry made with vegetable oil, you can make shaped cakes, eclairs, fluffy buns, etc. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 5

5. The dough turns out elastic and is easy to shape. For a pie, I add a bit more flour than usual; if you're making éclairs, use a pastry bag and follow the recipe precisely (this dough consistency will be perfect for making cream puffs).
