Cream pastry for pies
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Keep in mind that the dough will rise almost twice in volume, so choose your cooking dish accordingly. As soon as you see the dough has risen, you can start baking the pies. Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Put 3 tablespoons of flour into a large bowl, pour a cup of boiling water over it. Mix until smooth and let it cool slightly.

Step 2

In a separate deep container, add yeast, salt, and sugar, then pour in two cups of warm water. Mix the mixture thoroughly.

Step 3

Add the resulting mixture (with yeast) to the bowl with the scalded dough (flour and water). Add 2 cups of flour and mix thoroughly with a whisk.
- 4
Step 4

Add another two cups of flour. It will be difficult to mix with a whisk, so use a tablespoon.
- 5
Step 5

Add the remaining one and a half cups of flour and knead the dough by hand. The dough will be very sticky; try to mix everything evenly.

Step 6

Next, cover the dough with a lid (regular plastic wrap also works). Let it stand in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise.
